Summary:
As a Data Architect, a typical day involves defining the data requirements and designing the structure necessary for the application to function efficiently. This role includes modeling the application s data architecture, ensuring proper storage solutions, and integrating data seamlessly across various components. The position requires a thoughtful approach to organizing data flows and maintaining the integrity and accessibility of information throughout the application lifecycle, collaborating with different teams to align data strategies with project goals.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and implementation of data architecture standards and best practices.
- Facilitate communication between technical teams and stakeholders to ensure data requirements are clearly understood and met.
- Mentor junior team members to support their growth and development within the data architecture domain.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Agentic AI Architecture.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Microsoft Azure Machine Learning, Microsoft Azure OpenAI Service.
- Strong knowledge of data modeling techniques and database design principles.
- Experience with data storage solutions and integration methods.
- Ability to analyze complex data requirements and translate them into scalable architecture.
- Familiarity with cloud-based data services and AI-driven data management.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Microsoft Agentic AI Architecture.
- This position is based at our Gurugram office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
