The objective of the request is to fill a new role for the IFM Team. In the past year, the responsibilities of the team has continuously expanded with data analytics as the backbone of all initiatives that are put in place to achieve key metrics. With the growing scope, there is a need to have dedicated resource to work on this area. The IFM Data Analyst will work on collecting, processing, and analyzing large datasets to uncover valuable insights that drive business decisions and improve operational efficiency.
Position Responsibilities:
- Work closely with different business units and cross-functional teams to ensure identified KPIs are monitored and inform stakeholders of critical and actionable insights.
- Develop reports and dashboards focused on historical experience of leading and lagging indicators that influence the achievement of key metrics.
- Determine opportunities for automation, streamlining and improvement of existing reports and dashboards.
- Conduct routine reviews of data, perform tests and analyze results to optimize deliverables and ensure integrity and security of data in accordance with company guidelines and regulations.
- Perform exploratory data analysis to identify trends, patterns and correlations that may lead to meaningful findings to the business.
- Create data models and algorithms to highlight gaps and capitalize on opportunities for improvement.
- Develop meaningful data visualizations and reports to communicate findings to stakeholders effectively.
- Lead or support data, automation, artificial intelligence, and advanced analytics initiatives that enhance customer experience, operational efficiency, decision-making, and value creation for the Company.

Required Qualifications:
- Strong understanding of and comprehensive experience with statistical methods and data analysis techniques (eg. ETL methodology)
- Experience with business intelligence technologies (e.g Power BI)
- Proficiency in programming languages (eg. SQL, Python, R, etc)
- Experience with relational databases (eg. Enterprise Data Lake)
- Expertise in data visualization and utilization of relevant tools
- Familiarity with AI, machine learning, predictive analytics, generative AI, and emerging data science technologies.
- Experience evaluating and translating business opportunities into analytics, automation, or AI-driven solutions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or related field.
- Proven experience as a data analyst, or similar role, with a strong understanding of statistics method and data analysis and reporting techniques.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with machine learning concepts and actuarial principles is a plus.
- Ability to communicate and present complex data insights to senior leadership is a plus.
