As Data & AI Consulting Manager in our Athens hub, you own client engagements end to end: you lead the delivery team, manage senior stakeholders and make sure our technical work turns into business results. Our engagements range from focused proofs of concept to multi-year platform builds and managed services, for clients in Switzerland, the DACH region and Greece across industries such as retail, aviation, insurance, pharma and technology.

Your tasks will include:

• Lead engagements end to end, from scoping and planning through delivery, keeping scope, budget and quality under control on both fixed-price and time-and-material projects.
• Advise senior and C-level stakeholders on their data and AI roadmap, helping them identify and prioritise the use cases that deliver measurable value.
• Lead and develop your team, mentoring our Data & AI experts and fostering a culture of excellence, growth and pragmatic problem-solving.
• Grow existing accounts and win new ones by shaping proposals, estimates and presales conversations.
• Work closely with colleagues in Zurich and Munich, with occasional travel to Switzerland and to client sites.

What you bring:

• At least 8 years of professional experience, a significant part of it leading data and AI initiatives in consulting or in a comparable client-facing role.
• A proven track record in managing projects and budgets, with a solid understanding of the Data & AI lifecycle, from data strategy to production-grade solutions.
• Enough hands-on familiarity with modern data platforms (eg Databricks, Microsoft Fabric, Snowflake) and cloud (Azure, AWS or GCP) to be credible with engineers and to challenge estimates.
• Experience taking GenAI or agentic AI use cases beyond the proof-of-concept stage.
• Confidence with senior stakeholders and complex organisations, and the ability to turn ambiguity into a clear plan.
• A down-to-earth, entrepreneurial and pragmatic attitude; you are a doer who can also think big.
• Excellent professional English; German is a plus.
• A university degree in business, engineering, computer science or a related field.
