About the Role

As a Customer Support Specialist, you'll be the first point of contact for customers and clients using financial and digital payment services. You'll provide support via phone, email, and chat, helping customers with questions about products and services, resolving issues, and making sure every interaction delivers a great customer experience.

You'll work closely with an international, customer-focused team where collaboration, transparency, integrity, and agility are at the heart of the way they work.

The position is fully remote, but you must be based in Greece.

Your Daily Tasks Will Include:

• Handling customer and client enquiries via phone, email, and chat.
• Providing daily support and advising customers on best practices related to their business.
• Answering questions about new and existing financial products, services, and solutions.
• Handling customer complaints in a professional and solution-oriented way.
• Investigating and resolving issues quickly and efficiently.
• Creating a seamless customer experience and helping build customer loyalty.
• Working towards personal goals and contributing to team targets.
• Collaborating with colleagues in an international and fast-paced environment.

Requirements

What You Need:

• Fluency in Danish.
• Very good English, both spoken and written.
• Previous experience in customer support is an advantage, but not required.
• An interest in digital banking, fintech, and payment solutions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, combined with a strong problem-solving mindset.
• Good technical skills and the ability to learn new systems quickly.
• A strong sense of ownership and a genuine team spirit.
• Flexibility and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced working environment.
