✈️ Your Mission: Make Travel Happen

As a Danish-speaking Travel Agent, you'll help customers plan and manage their journeys and make sure they receive a smooth experience from start to finish.

You'll:

• Assist Danish-speaking customers with bookings and travel-related questions
• Help with booking changes and other travel requests
• Provide professional customer support by phone and other channels
• Find solutions and make travel as smooth as possible
• Use internal booking systems and tools to manage customer requests

You'll be supporting customers for Singapore Airlines, a globally recognised airline connecting travellers across Asia, Europe, the Americas, Africa and beyond.

🌍 Your Gateway Into Travel

No previous airline experience? That's okay.

This role gives you the chance to develop airline and travel industry knowledge, gain international customer service experience and build skills that can help you progress within aviation, tourism or travel.

Requirements

🔎 What We're Looking For

• C1-level Danish and good English communication skills
• College/university degree, OR a high school diploma plus 6 months of customer care/call centre experience
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Comfortable using computers and learning new systems
• Professional, organised and solution-oriented approach
