D365 CRM - Cloud Solution ArchitectJob Description
The CRM CSA (Cloud Solution Architect) within CSA Global Delivery plays a pivotal role in enabling customers to adopt and optimize Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CRM) solutions. This is a customer-facing, consulting-oriented role that combines deep technical expertise with strategic advisory skills to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performing business applications across global engagements.
Key Responsibilities
- Solution Architecture & Design
- Architect end-to-end Dynamics 365 CRM solutions, including Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, and Customer Insights.
- Design integrations with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate) and external systems.
- Ensure adherence to best practices for performance, scalability, and security.
- Deployment & Optimization
- Lead CRM infrastructure installation, configuration, and cloud migration.
- Perform environment health assessments, performance tuning, and data recovery planning.
- Drive upgrades across CRM versions (CRM 2015+ to Dynamics 365 Online).
- Customer Engagement
- Act as a trusted advisor to technical decision-makers and business stakeholders.
- Conduct design workshops, proof-of-concepts, and technical training sessions.
- Align solutions with customer success plans and business outcomes.
- Governance & Lifecycle Management
- Implement Power Platform governance and Center of Excellence practices.
- Manage Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) for CRM and Power Platform solutions.
Required Skills
- Technical Expertise
- Deep knowledge of Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement and Power Platform.
- Proficiency in CRM customization (data model, forms, views), JavaScript, C# .NET, plugins, workflows.
- Strong understanding of SQL, IIS, networking, and client-side troubleshooting.
- Consulting & Delivery
- Experience in customer-facing roles with strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in global, cross-functional teams.
- Certifications
- Advanced Microsoft certifications in Dynamics 365 and Power Platform are highly desirable.
Desired Qualifications
- Experience authoring technical training and leading workshops.
- Familiarity with governance strategies, environment planning, and security roles.
- Knowledge of CRM integrations and cloud migration best practices.
