Key Responsibilities

• Implement, configure, and support cybersecurity solutions within customer environments.
• Perform installation, integration, upgrades, and break-fix activities for security platforms and infrastructure.
• Troubleshoot incidents and resolve low-to-medium complexity technical issues during project delivery and operational support.
• Escalate complex problems to senior engineers, vendors, or technology specialists when required.
• Assist with system documentation, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and knowledge transfer during operational handover.
• Support security monitoring, vulnerability management, access controls, and compliance initiatives.
• Work closely with customers, project managers, and technical teams to ensure successful deployment of solutions.
• Maintain project administration activities such as time tracking, status reporting, and stakeholder updates. 

Required Skills & Knowledge

• Good understanding of cybersecurity technologies and enterprise IT infrastructure.
• Experience with one or more of:Firewalls (Palo Alto, Check Point, Fortinet, Cisco)SIEM platforms (Splunk)Cloud Security (Azure Security, AWS Security)Privilege Access Management (PAM)Network Security and Zero Trust solutions
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Customer-facing communication skills and ability to present technical information effectively.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.

Seniority Level

• With minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
• Ability to independently handle routine implementations and support activities.
• Capability to mentor junior engineers while still receiving guidance from senior specialists or architects on complex engagements.
