Join Micromine in Johannesburg as a Customer Success Manager and become a trusted partner to some of the mining industry's most important customers. You'll play a key role in helping customers realise measurable value from our software solutions while influencing retention, growth, and long-term success. This is an opportunity to combine mining expertise, commercial acumen, and relationship leadership in a highly visible role with global impact.

What you need to succeed

• Tertiary qualification in Earth Sciences, Mining, Engineering, or related discipline.
• Experience within exploration, geology, mining, or mining technology environments.
• Proven success managing strategic customer relationships or portfolios.
• Strong commercial mindset with retention, growth, and value-focused thinking.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and navigate complex discussions.
• Knowledge of Micromine products or comparable mining technology solutions.
