CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE (ORDER FULLFILLMENT)

As a Customer Service Representative within our Order Fulfillment Team, you'll play an important role in ensuring the smooth and accurate execution of customer orders. Based in our Budapest Shared Service Center, you'll manage customer orders, maintain customer master data and work closely with internal teams to ensure products are delivered accurately and on time.

Working closely with Sales, Supply Chain, Logistics and Finance, you'll help resolve order-related enquiries while delivering excellent customer experience. This role is ideal for professionals with experience in customer service, order management, logistics or sales support who enjoy working in a collaborative international environment.

What You'll Do

• Manage customer orders throughout the order fulfillment lifecycle, ensuring accurate and timely processing
• Process customer orders, order changes and customer master data requests
• Monitor open orders and proactively communicate updates to customers and internal stakeholders
• Respond to customer enquiries related to orders, deliveries, product availability and shipment status (primarily via email)
• Coordinate with Sales, Supply Chain, Logistics and Finance to resolve order-related issues
• Handle quotations and support complaint resolution
• Ensure customer and transactional data is maintained accurately and in compliance with company policies
• Resolve routine order-related issues and escalate more complex cases when appropriate
• Contribute to process improvements that enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction
• Build effective working relationships with customers and internal business partners

What We're Looking For

• Fluent English, both written and spoken
• Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service, order management, logistics, sales support or a similar office-based role within a multinational or shared service environment
• Experience managing customer orders or supporting order fulfillment processes
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused approach
• Experience working with ERP systems and CRM platforms is an advantage
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional international teams
