Job Summary – Customer Service Representative

Provides administrative support in the Billing of cases, collection of purchase orders and invoicing. Maintains the database by entering, updating, and retrieving customer/surgeon data, as well as formatting and generating reports. Assists in resolution of outstanding purchase order problems from past due accounts. Responds to inquiries from customers, both internal and external. Supports the Sales team with reports, past sales history and the collection of revenue.

Primary Responsibilities

• Adhering to agreed customer service levels and standards
• Participating in the acquisition of outstanding customer purchase orders
• Processing internal and external customer quotes as requested
• Interact with both our internal and external customers to manage patient case information, customer queries and processing and invoicing of customer orders
• Addressing customer complaints
• Reporting tasks
• Performs other duties as assigned
