The Customer Service Manager is responsible to deliver exceptional Customer Service and uphold company values in the community. To manage the implementation and monitoring of customers service levels in the store and to ensure that all store and hygiene standards are met.Matric / Grade 12 / NQF 4 equivalent
12-18 months face-to-face customer service experience
