Customer Service Manager, Customer Brands

Now we’re looking for a Customer Service Manager, Customer Brands to join our passionate team and help us shape the future of food and beverages. You will be based in Roeselare, Belgium and report to the Head of Customer Service and Commercial Quality and be part of a great team of people based in our locations across Europe.  

Your role in the blend 

As Customer Service Manager, you will lead people and processes to ensure customer satisfaction, seamless Order-to Cash execution and help shape our future Customer Service. In this role you will be leading international teams in Belgium, Spain and UK. Working cross-functionally, you will ensure with your team’s excellent customer experience, continuous improvement and operational efficiency.

In this role, you will

• Lead, coach, and develop high-performing, customer-centric teams
• Ensure excellent Order-to-Cash performance, service levels, and customer satisfaction
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and support harmonized ways of working across the organization
• Translate business strategy into practical improvements that enhance both customer experience and operational efficiencies
• Build strong cross-functional partnerships and translate customer needs into effective solutions    

Your key ingredients 

We are looking for a collaborative and inspiring leader who combines a strong customer focus with business insight and the confidence to challenge existing ways of working. You lead with integrity and transparency, turn ideas into practical improvements, and empower teams to embrace change while driving customer experience, operational excellence, and continuous improvement.

To succeed in this role, you likely have

• University degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Engineering, Economics, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in Customer Service and/or other Supply Chain Functions, with people leading responsibility

• Strong experience in leading change, driving process improvements, change initiatives, and cross-functional projects
• Building strong relationships internally and externally comes naturally to you, and your analytical skills support your solution-oriented mindset
• Previous experience in working or implementing ERP (M3) and CRM (Sales Force)       

systems will be beneficial in the role

• Fluency in written and spoken English. Dutch and Spanish languages are              

considered as advantage
