At Assurant, we're looking for German speaking Customer Service Claims Associates to join our growing team in Amsterdam. Every day, you'll help customers when their mobile phone or connected device has been lost, stolen, or damaged, guiding them through the claims process and making a real difference when they need support most. You'll support customers with insurance claims for mobile phones and other connected devices, ensuring a smooth and positive claims experience.

No previous insurance or claims experience? No problem. We'll provide comprehensive training and ongoing support to help you succeed from day one.

What You'll Be Doing

As part of our European Customer Service team, you'll:

• Provide outstanding customer service to German speaking customers via phone, email, and other communication channels

• Support customers with questions relating to their insurance cover, claims, and connected devices

• Guide customers through processes and provide clear, accurate information

• Investigate claim information and make fair, evidence-based claim decisions

• Accurately maintain customer records and case information across multiple systems

• Work collaboratively with colleagues to deliver an excellent customer experience

What We're Looking For

We're more interested in your attitude and customer-focused mindset than specific industry experience.

You'll bring:

• Fluent German language skills (written and spoken)

• Strong communication and listening skills

• A genuine desire to help customers

• Good attention to detail and problem-solving abilities

• Basic computer skills and confidence using multiple systems
