Miller International, Inc., designer and distributor of Cinch® and Cruel® apparel, is looking for a Customer Service Assistant to join our team!

Location: North Denver, Colorado (On-Site)

Pay: $16.00–$18.00 per hour

About the Position

As a Customer Service Assistant, you'll support our Customer Service and E-Commerce teams with daily tasks, basic customer inquiries, and order processing.

This is a great entry-level opportunity for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, enjoys helping others, and is eager to learn!

You'll work alongside experienced team members who will provide guidance and support as you grow in your role.

This is an on-site position at our corporate office in North Denver, Colorado. Remote work is not available.

What You'll Do

• Support Customer Service, E-Commerce, and Account Managers with daily administrative tasks.
• Answer basic customer questions by phone and email.
• Assist with order entry, updates, returns, and shipment tracking.
• Help ensure customer, pricing, and shipping information is accurate.
• Coordinate with the warehouse and other departments to support order fulfillment.
• Process online returns and assist with warranty requests.
• Direct more complex customer concerns to the appropriate team members.
• Maintain accurate customer records in company systems.
• Learn about our products to better assist customers.
• Follow established procedures and complete assigned tasks accurately and on time.
• Help maintain a positive, professional, and team-oriented environment.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Customer Service Manager.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 0–1 year of customer service, retail, or administrative experience preferred.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Experience with E-Commerce or ERP systems is a plus, but not required.
