What you will do in this role

As a Customer Service Representative on our team, you will:  

- Answer questions and help eCommerce customers by phone and chat with relevant actions related to online orders and deliveries 

- Handle calls that are not answered by stores and submit customer inquiries via CRM systems 

- Always focus on providing good customer experiences in every customer contact - including a focus on continuous improvement of our customer satisfaction 

- Follow the processes and procedures created for the project 

- Opportunity to handle inquiries via social media and email in the future 

- Be on site at a timely manner, ready to start work at the agreed time 

- Work together as a group and achieve set goals 

Your qualifications

In this role, we offer benefits that help support your unique lifestyle:  

- Full-time 39 hours/week permanent contract: Monday to Friday between 08:00 - 18:00 - Saturday 09:00- 17:00 with 2 weekends off a month.  

- Competitive  salary conditions, which will allow you to live well in Spain 

Full time salary: 19.200€ gross/year base  + 1.800€ gross/year in bonus according to performance
