We are seeking a Customer/Recipient Services Representative with a strong background in banking or credit union operations to join our team. Responsibilities:

Serve as the primary point of contact for customers and recipients, addressing inquiries via phone, email, or in-person interactions.

Investigate and resolve account discrepancies, payment issues, or service concerns in a timely and professional manner.

Support daily operational functions, including data entry, account updates, and transaction monitoring.

Collaborate with internal departments (Finance, Compliance, and Operations) to ensure smooth service delivery.

Identify opportunities for process improvements and assist in implementing enhanced service procedures.
