About you:
You have experience creating customer lifecycle, retention or renewal marketing programmes and enjoy turning insight into action. You're comfortable using data to make decisions, building strong relationships across teams, and finding simple ways to improve the customer experience. You enjoy working in a fast-moving environment, take ownership of your work, and are curious about how AI can help you work more effectively.
Day-to-day, you will:
• Design and manage automated renewal marketing journeys that help customers see value and renew with confidence.
• Use customer health data and renewal risk signals to deliver relevant communications at the right time.
• Partner with Customer Success Managers (CSMs), Sales and Marketing Operations teams to support customer retention and renewal goals.
• Track performance, share insights and use AI-powered tools to continuously improve renewal outcomes.
Your skills and experiences might also include:
• Experience using customer health scoring data to inform marketing decisions.
• Knowledge of subscription renewals, multi-year agreements or customer retention models.
• Understanding of Net Promoter Score (NPS) and how customer feedback can shape communications.
• Experience with hospitality technology, software as a service (SaaS), or AI-powered marketing tools
