Role Overview

Reporting to the MENAPT cluster Marketing and Customer Marketing Director, you will play an

integral role in developing and execution of integrated marketing strategies that helps driving sales

and grow market shares across both in-store and online channels. This role bridges internal teams

(Brand and Sales) and our retail partners to ensure seamless execution that resonates with our

shoppers and delivers the business results across the cluster. Role leads a team of 7 Customer Marketing leads across the cluster to ensure strong executional excellence. And requires 50%+ Travelling across the cluster.

Responsibilities:

• Guide and develop direct reports across based across the MENAPT cluster
• Be a key contributor to the development and execution of omni-channel plans aligned with Marketing and Sales organization
• Support team in building strong trade narratives to help drive the business with our customers
• Leverage opportunities across in-store and Online platforms to enhance shopper engagement and conversion
• Lead Customer Marketing Budget flawlessly across markets evaluating ROI’s to inform Future investment decisions
• Partner with Finance and Net revenue management team to update pricing strategies
• Lead the creation of impactful in-store marketing programs
• Stay informed on emerging trends to inform strategy and execution
• Lead channel strategies across the cluster
• Lead development of promotional packs.
• Utilize Nielsen reports to define key opportunities in Distribution, pricing and promo actions
• Takes an active leafing role in S&OP process ensuring the connection between marketing plans and Sales

Required Qualifications and Experience:

• 10+ years of work experience
• Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and project management skills.
• Experience in leading teams
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Previous experience working with retail customers/ Customer or Trade marketing
• Strong familiarity in working with marketing analytics tools (Nielsen, Retailers tools..)
• Plus: Experience within the middle east region (beyond Turkey only)
• Fluent in English

Preferred Knowledge:

• Understanding of the Route to market.
• Time management and planning skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with ability in building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels.
