Role Overview
-ServiceNow Developer with Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) as the primary skill, supporting the ServiceNow implementation by designing and building contract, agreement and entitlement capabilities, with working knowledge of CSM, integrations and platform automation as secondary skills.

Primary Responsibilities – CLM
-Design, develop and configure ServiceNow Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) solutions end to end.
-Build and extend Sales Agreements, Service Contracts, Entitlements, terms, clauses and contract templates.
-Configure contract authoring, negotiation, approval, renewal, amendment and expiry lifecycles and associated workflows.
-Model commercial constructs such as pricing terms, discounts, commitments and entitlement consumption.
-Align CLM objects to the product model and account model so contracts drive correct downstream fulfilment.
-Develop scripts, business rules, script includes, ACLs and scoped applications following CLM best practices.
-Support contract data migration, environment setup, update set / pipeline deployment and release activities.
-Triage CLM defects, perform root-cause analysis and support SIT, UAT and hypercare.

Secondary Responsibilities
-Support Customer Service Management (CSM) configuration – case management, account and product model, agent and portal experiences – where contracts and entitlements are consumed.
Build integrations using IntegrationHub and TMF APIs to CRM, billing, CPQ and order management systems.
-Implement automation with Flow Designer, Playbooks and Now Assist (AI capabilities).
Support CPQ-related journeys, Quote-to-Order and Order Management processes.
-Apply a sound understanding of Order Management (OMT/SOMT) – order capture, decomposition and orchestration – treated as a secondary skill alongside CSM.

Mandatory Skills
-Strong hands-on CLM development and configuration experience on the ServiceNow platform.
In-depth knowledge of Sales Agreements, Service Contracts, Entitlements and contract lifecycle workflows.
-JavaScript, Glide APIs, scripting and scoped application development.
Working knowledge of CSM and OMT/SOMT data concepts, product model and account model.
IntegrationHub / REST / SOAP integrations and Flow Designer automation.
-Knowledge of the Configure Price Quote (CPQ) concept.

Preferred Skills
-Telecommunications industry experience and telecom product catalog management.
-Hands-on exposure to OMT/SOMT order orchestration and Quote-to-Order processes.
-Experience integrating Logik CPQ with ServiceNow ATF automated testing.

Certifications
-Mandatory: ServiceNow CSA, CIS-CSM
-Preferred: ServiceNow CAD, SOMT Accreditation, other relevant ServiceNow implementation certifications
