Summary
As a 3D Modeling Lead, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing high-quality 3D models for Digital Twin, Industrial Metaverse, and real-time visualization solutions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, developers, and solution architects, to create production-ready 3D assets that support engineering, manufacturing, and industrial use cases. Your role will involve leveraging industry-standard 3D modeling tools and visualization platforms while ensuring high-quality deliverables, performance optimization, and adherence to project timelines.

Roles & Responsibilities
Design, develop, and optimize high-quality 3D models for Digital Twin and industrial visualization projects.
Create production-ready assets using industry-standard 3D modeling and CAD tools.
Collaborate with designers, developers, and solution architects to translate business and engineering requirements into 3D assets.
Optimize models, textures, materials, and lighting for real-time rendering and visualization.
Integrate 3D assets into platforms such as NVIDIA Omniverse, Unity, and Unreal Engine.
Participate in technical discussions, design reviews, and sprint planning activities.
Support Proof of Concepts (POCs), client demonstrations, and project deliverables.
Perform model validation, quality assurance, and performance optimization.
Stay updated with emerging technologies in 3D visualization, OpenUSD, Digital Twin, and real-time rendering.
Contribute to continuous improvement by adopting industry best practices and innovative modeling techniques.
Professional & Technical Skills
Must Have Skills
6–8 years of hands-on experience in 3D Modeling and real-time visualization.
Strong proficiency in one or more of the following 3D modeling tools:
o Autodesk Maya
o Blender
o Autodesk 3ds Max
o SolidWorks
o CATIA
o Siemens NX
Strong understanding of:
o Polygonal Modeling and CAD Modeling
o UV Mapping and Texturing
o Material Creation and Physically Based Rendering (PBR) Workflows
o Lighting, Rendering, and Scene Optimization
o Asset Optimization for Real-Time 3D Applications
Experience in creating and optimizing 3D assets for Digital Twin and visualization projects.
Knowledge of Digital Twin concepts, industrial visualization, and real-time rendering workflows.
Experience working with Agile development methodologies and version control tools (Git).
Strong analytical, problem-solving, debugging, and communication skills.
Good to Have Skills
Experience with NVIDIA Omniverse and OpenUSD (Universal Scene Description).
Hands-on experience with Unity or Unreal Engine.
Python scripting for workflow automation and tool customization.
Familiarity with NVIDIA RTX technologies and real-time rendering.
Exposure to Digital Twin, Industrial Metaverse, or simulation projects.
Domain knowledge in Manufacturing, Automotive, Semiconductor, Aerospace, or Industry 4.0.
Experience integrating PLM, CAD, or engineering workflows with visualization platforms.
Understanding of cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP) and collaborative development environments.
Additional Information
The candidate should have 6–8 years of overall experience, with at least 3-5 years of relevant experience in 3D Modeling.
Prior experience leading technical teams or mentoring 3D artists is preferred.
Experience in delivering Digital Twin, Industrial Metaverse, or real-time visualization projects will be an added advantage.
Preferred Certifications: Autodesk Certified Professional, Blender Certification, Unity Certified Associate/Professional, NVIDIA Omniverse Certified Professional, Dassault CATIA Certification, Siemens NX Certification.
This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
A minimum of 15 years of full-time education is required.
