Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineering Lead, a typical day involves overseeing the technical vision and architectural framework of bespoke software projects. This role requires guiding teams through the entire lifecycle of software design and implementation, ensuring that development practices meet high standards. The position demands continuous alignment of technical solutions with evolving business goals, fostering collaboration among team members, and driving the delivery of scalable and efficient software products. The lead actively monitors project progress, addresses challenges, and facilitates communication across various stakeholders to maintain momentum and quality throughout the development process.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Drive innovation by identifying opportunities to improve software architecture and development processes.
- Mentor and support junior team members to enhance their technical skills and professional growth.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure seamless integration of software components and adherence to project timelines.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Java Full Stack Development.
- Strong experience with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks.
- In-depth knowledge of back-end development, including server-side programming and database management.
- Familiarity with software development methodologies and best practices for code quality and performance optimization.
- Ability to design scalable and maintainable software architectures.
- Experience with version control systems and continuous integration/continuous deployment pipelines.
Must Have:
Java (Core), Spring Framework (Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Data/JPA)
RESTful API design and development
Hibernate or other ORM frameworks
React.js (including hooks, functional components, state management)
JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3
Integration of frontend (React) with backend (Java/Spring)
Version control (Git)
SQL and experience with relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, Oracle)
Debugging and troubleshooting across the stack

Nice to Have:
TypeScript with React
Microservices architecture
Docker, Kubernetes
CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Ansible)
Cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP)
Testing frameworks (JUnit for Java, Jest/React Testing Library for React)
Familiarity with design tools (Figma, Sketch)
Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG, ARIA)

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 8 years of experience in Java Full Stack Development.
-candidate is required to work out of the Client Office in Kharadi, Pune for 3 days per week.-
