In the role of Technical lead, a typical day involves overseeing the technical vision and architectural framework for tailored software solutions. This position requires guiding teams through the entire lifecycle of design and implementation, ensuring that development practices meet high standards. The role focuses on maintaining the scalability and efficiency of software products while aligning technical efforts with broader business goals. Collaboration and leadership are central, as the individual steers the team towards delivering robust and innovative solutions that address complex challenges within the organization.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the establishment and enforcement of development standards to ensure consistency and quality across projects.
- Facilitate effective communication and coordination among cross-functional teams to drive project success.
- Mentor and support junior team members to foster professional growth and enhance team capabilities.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow IT Operations Management (ITOM).
- Strong knowledge of IT service management processes and best practices related to ITOM.
- Experience in designing scalable and high-performance ITOM solutions within complex enterprise environments.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to ITOM tools and integrations.
- Familiarity with automation and orchestration capabilities within the ServiceNow platform.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering efficient and maintainable solutions.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in ServiceNow IT Operations Management (ITOM).
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
