Summary
As a Custom Software Engineering Senior Analyst-Consultant, a typical day involves designing, developing, and maintaining enterprise-grade applications using Java and Spring Boot. The role requires collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and high-performing software solutions that align with business objectives. The position focuses on building robust backend services, contributing to system architecture discussions, and ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices. The candidate will work in an agile environment, driving innovation and supporting the continuous improvement of application reliability and performance.
Roles & Responsibilities
Expected to be an SME, collaborate and contribute effectively to project deliverables.
Participate in the design, development, and implementation of Java-based applications using Spring Boot.
Develop and maintain scalable RESTful APIs and microservices-based solutions.
Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and development teams to understand and deliver business requirements.
Ensure application quality through code reviews, testing, and adherence to development best practices.
Troubleshoot and resolve production issues while optimizing application performance.
Contribute to technical discussions and provide innovative solutions to complex business problems.
Support continuous integration and deployment activities to ensure smooth software releases.
Professional & Technical Skills
Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Core Java and Spring Boot.
Strong understanding of object-oriented programming principles and design patterns.
Experience in developing RESTful APIs and microservices-based applications.
Knowledge of application security, performance tuning, and troubleshooting.
Good understanding of software development lifecycle and Agile methodologies.
Good To Have Skills: React JS, GraphQL, and AWS Cloud services.
Familiarity with CI-CD pipelines and cloud-native application development.
Additional Information
The candidate should have minimum 5 years and maximum 8 years of experience in Java and Spring Boot development.
This position is based at our Mumbai office with a Hybrid work model.
Preferred working hours are 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM or 12:00 PM – 9:00 PM (flexible).
A 15 years full-time education is required.
