- Expected to be a SME with deep knowledge and experience.
- Should have Influencing and Advisory skills.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead the evaluation and integration of new technologies to enhance software capabilities and project outcomes.
- Mentor and guide junior team members to foster professional growth and maintain high-quality standards.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in PTC Windchill.
- Strong expertise in software development lifecycle and configuration management.
- Experience with system integration and customization within product lifecycle management environments.
- Ability to analyze complex technical challenges and design scalable solutions.
- Familiarity with collaborative tools and methodologies to support cross-functional teamwork.
- Skilled in troubleshooting and optimizing software performance to meet client requirements.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 15 years of experience in PTC Windchill.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
