Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves analyzing various client requirements and designing effective solutions tailored to their needs. Additionally, the position requires ongoing maintenance and enhancement of existing applications to improve performance and address any issues. Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of software components with client requirements.
- Document technical specifications and maintain clear records of development processes.
- Assist junior team members by providing guidance and support to enhance their technical skills.
- Continuously monitor application performance and implement improvements to optimize efficiency.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle HCM Cloud Core HR.
- Strong knowledge of software development life cycle and best practices.
- Experience in debugging and troubleshooting complex software issues.
- Ability to write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
- Familiarity with integration techniques and working with APIs.
- Good understanding of database management and query optimization.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud Core HR.
- This position is based at our Indore office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
