Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves designing and developing tailored software solutions that enhance various system components or applications. The role requires working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the delivery of scalable and efficient software products. Utilizing modern development frameworks and agile methodologies, the engineer continuously refines and improves software to meet evolving business requirements, ensuring high performance and reliability throughout the development lifecycle.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead the coordination of project activities to ensure timely delivery and alignment with business goals.
- Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders to promote understanding and collaboration.
- Mentor junior team members by providing guidance and support to foster professional growth.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Workday Project Management (PM), Program Project Management.
- Strong knowledge of software development lifecycle and agile project management methodologies.
- Experience in coordinating cross-functional teams to deliver complex software projects.
- Ability to analyze project risks and implement mitigation strategies effectively.
- Skilled in resource planning, scheduling, and tracking project progress to meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills to facilitate collaboration among diverse teams and stakeholders.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Workday Project Management (PM).
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
