- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver effective software solutions.
- Maintain and update existing software components to enhance performance and reliability.
- Document development processes and solutions to support knowledge sharing within the team.
- Assist junior team members by providing guidance and support to foster their professional growth.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Cloud Contact Center Implementation.
- Experience with cloud-based platforms and integration techniques relevant to contact center environments.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues within cloud contact center systems.
- Familiarity with scripting and automation tools to streamline deployment and maintenance tasks.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Cloud Contact Center Implementation.
- This position is based at our CDC2A - SEZ location.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
