Job Description

• Responsible to develop strategy, initiative and campaign for portfolio campaign management and ensure the campaign’s implementation inline with the planning

• Responsible to improve business banking’s revenue with developing program to new and existing Business Banking customer

• Together with product, coordinate all campaigns from product and portfolio for country’s approval and Group’s concurrement

• Monitor portfolio campaign calendar and initiative

• Cooperate with related parties Sales, Channel, Product, Sales Management and Customer Service

• Communicate campaign mechanism and campaign monitoring to related parties, for example Sales & Channels

• Do analysis before and after campaign to get learning and input from customer

• Responsible to improve customer experience, customer value proposition and develop strategy related to community event and ensure the implementation

• Monitor implementation of community event and tracking for result from the event

• Coordinate with relates parties, example Sales in cooperation to create and manage Business Banking customer events/ festive events/ customer appreciation across the countries to ensure standard, effectiveness to boost customer experience and enhance customer loyalty

• Tracking and monitor the results from the events to ensure effectiveness of the budget and the result
