We are currently seeking a Croatian-Speaking Tech Support Representative to join a leading global technology account based in Sofia, Bulgaria. Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding technical support to Croatian-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat.
• Assist customers with product setup, troubleshooting, software and hardware issues, and account-related enquiries.
• Diagnose and resolve technical problems efficiently while delivering an exceptional customer experience.
• Escalate complex technical cases to specialised teams when required.
• Accurately document customer interactions using CRM and ticketing systems.
• Stay up to date with product knowledge, software updates, and internal procedures.
• Meet individual and team performance targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Native or fluent Croatian language skills.
• Good command of English (written and spoken).
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical abilities.
• Interest in technology and willingness to learn new systems and products.
• Previous experience in technical support, IT, or customer service is an advantage but not required.
• Comfortable working with multiple computer applications simultaneously.
• EU citizenship or legal authorisation to work in the EU.
