Essential Anesthesia Management in partnership with The University of Texas at Tyler Health Science Center are seeking a CRNA to join our growing academic anesthesia community. This is a faculty position employed by the University of Texas at Tyler Health Science.
Position Highlights:
- $286,260 salary based on 154 shifts annually (W-2, benefit-eligible) for 44 weeks of service
- Combination of 12hr shifts and 10hr
- Typical schedule- Week One-M, T, W (12hr shifts), Week Two T, W (12hr shifts), Th, F (10hr shifts), Week Three M, T, W (12hr shifts) and Week Four T, W (12hr shifts), Th, F (10hr shifts)
- Additional shifts are available for extra compensation
- 8 Weeks Off
- UT Health Tyler is a Level I trauma center with a 74 bed ICU
- Cases include Endoscopy, General Surgery, Major Vascular, ENT, OB/GYN, Neurosurgery, Orthopedics, Ophthalmology, Plastics, and Podiatry

Qualifications:
- Board Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)
- Eligible for Texas licensure
- Commitment to clinical excellence and working in an academic environment
What This Role Offers:
- $286,260 base salary based on 146 (12 hour) shifts
- $2,000 professional development stipend
- Additional Hours compensated
- Additional pay for float shifts and critical need assignments
