MUFG, a globally respected financial institution, is seeking a Crisis and Incident Data Analyst to join their Operational Resilience Team in London. This role offers you the opportunity to play a pivotal part in strengthening MUFG’s crisis and incident management capabilities across EMEA, ensuring the organisation remains resilient and responsive to disruption. What you'll do:

• Develop, embed and manage the data landscape across EMEA to support Crisis Management & Incident Management frameworks, tools and methodologies in line with regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate depth data analytics across people, process, technology, facilities, information and third-party dependencies within the Operational Resilience pillar to enhance organisational effectiveness.
• Deliver a centralised operational incident data model across EMEA that supports governance, audit and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain crisis and incident data governance processes including supporting documentation, repositories, reporting inventories and evidence stores.
• Develop automated reporting, analytics and dashboard capabilities that improve data quality, efficiency and organisational awareness throughout the business.
• Produce management information (MI), KPI/KRI reporting and resilience metrics for forums such as the Operational Resilience Practitioners Forum and Oversight Committee.
• Ensure incident records, classifications, impact assessments and reporting information remain accurate, complete, consistent and auditable for regulatory compliance.
• Assist with thematic reviews, maturity assessments and capability evaluations by identifying findings, control weaknesses, improvement opportunities and emerging resilience risks.
• Coordinate and support Bronze Incident Management Teams as well as Silver/Gold Crisis Management Teams during incidents or crises.
• Support integration of data from ServiceNow, Critical Event Management platforms and other resilience tooling while acting as a business SME for reporting capabilities.

What you bring:

• Demonstrated experience in Data Analytics preferably within Operational Resilience or Incident Management functions within financial services or similar regulated industries.
• Comprehensive understanding of ISO 22361:2022 guidelines for security and resilience—crisis management—and familiarity with regulatory changes caused by PS26/2, PRA PS7/26, FG26/3 or FG23/4.
• Knowledge of FCA/PRA Operational Resilience requirements as well as DORA regulations relevant to EMEA operations.
• Experience supporting incident or crisis management teams during major events including production of dashboards or executive reports for senior stakeholders.
• Strong analytical skills with proven ability to interpret complex datasets accurately while identifying meaningful trends that inform decision-making processes.
• Understanding of operational incident management principles including risk assessment methodologies used in crisis situations.
• Experience supporting regulatory reporting activities such as governance or risk reporting within large organisations.
• Proficiency working with large datasets using reporting technologies such as Power BI or Tableau; strong experience using ServiceNow platform is highly desirable.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement skills coupled with effective communication abilities enabling you to build strong relationships across business units.
• Preferred qualifications include CBCI or Operational Resilience related certification; SQL or data analytics qualifications are advantageous.
