Job Description – Credit Risk Analyst Intern (Fresh Graduate)

Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented recent graduate to join our Credit Risk team as an Intern. This role is designed to provide hands-on exposure to credit risk assessment, financial analysis, and fintech operations. You will work closely with experienced analysts to learn core credit evaluation skills and support day-to-day risk activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in reviewing and organizing credit applications to ensure required information and documentation are complete.
• Support basic financial analysis, including data gathering on applicant income, expenses, and liabilities.
• Help identify missing information or inconsistencies in applications and coordinate with internal teams to resolve them.
• Maintain accurate records of applications, decisions, and supporting documentation.
• Participate in data entry, reporting, and preparation of simple dashboards or summaries.
• Learn and apply internal credit policies, guidelines, and risk frameworks under supervision.
• Support the team in identifying process improvements and operational efficiencies.
• Work collaboratively with teams such as Sales, Operations, and Risk.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (basic functions, data handling).
