Overall purpose of the Job
To play a key role in supporting corporate lending activities by ensuring the accurate administration, monitoring, and settlement of credit facilities. The role contributes to high-quality data management, regulatory compliance, and the smooth execution of lending operations in an international banking environment.
The role includes the following:
Managing loan administration and credit settlement for Japanese and European corporate customers.
Recording and maintaining credit facilities, loan securities, credit ratings, and related information in internal systems.
Reviewing credit documentation and monitoring facility conditions and maturity dates.
Performing data quality checks to ensure completeness and consistency across systems.
Supporting audits, projects, and Treasury Middle Office activities.
Collaborating with stakeholders across Amsterdam and London.
In order to be successful in the role, you will need the following:
Completed apprenticeship in banking, or a degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Banking, or a related field.
Experience in credit operations and syndicated lending transactions, including loan processing and administration.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
Professional and confident communication style with strong interpersonal skills.
Team-oriented, proactive, and able to build effective working relationships across stakeholders.
Flexible, resilient, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
