We are looking for a Creator Marketing Lead to help tell that story in the places creative people already spend their time.

What will you work on?

Creator partnerships have the potential to become one of Envato’s most valuable growth channels. We are looking for someone to build the program behind that opportunity.

You will lead an always on creator marketing program across YouTube, performance creators and affiliate publishers. You will find the right partners, build relationships that last and create a clear, commercially sound approach to creator activity that can scale.

This is a senior role for someone who understands both sides of the work. You know what makes a strong creator partnership, and you know that the work only becomes valuable when the commercial mechanics are right. You will own the briefs, deals, licensing, attribution and performance reporting that turn great content into an evergreen growth engine.

You will partner most closely with the other teams across Marketing and Product. That means connecting creator activity to feature launches, product stories and the ideas that will matter most to our audience as Envato continues to evolve in an AI led creative world.

You will also bring a more considered approach to how creator content keeps working once it is live. Across paid activity, affiliate channels, search and AI discovery, you will look for ways to get more value from the right work and make better decisions about what to scale, improve or stop.

What we are looking for 

You are someone with experience building or scaling creator, affiliate or partner marketing programs in a tech, digital product, marketplace or high growth environments. 

You are commercially sharp and know how to negotiate creator agreements that work for everyone involved.

You are comfortable using data to understand what is performing and why, but you do not need a perfect dashboard before making a call. You can spot patterns, form a view and bring people with you.

You are a natural relationship builder who enjoys working with creators, publishers, agencies and internal teams. You are proactive, resourceful and happy building structure where it does not yet exist.

You also use AI tools as part of how you work, whether that is making workflows more efficient, improving how you assess performance or finding smarter ways to scale your program.
