Nasoft is Hiring a Creative content Strategist & copywriter to Lemon Production company in Kuwait , Lemon Production is a creative production agency operating across Kuwait and Saudi Arabia, specializing in product photography, video production, and creator-led UGC campaigns, creative direction through production, editing, and final delivery.

Job Responsibilities :-

• creating visual content designed not only to look good but also to achieve clear business and marketing goals.
  Develop original and creative concepts for advertising campaigns, social media content, video productions, and photoshoots.

• Create campaign ideas and creative directions based on the client’s objectives, brand identity, target audience, and platform.
• Write engaging video scripts, attention-grabbing hooks, voice-over scripts, captions, and clear calls to action (CTAs).
• Develop creative concepts and storytelling ideas that align with campaign goals and communicate the brand message effectively.
• Prepare professional photoshoot mood boards, including references for styling, props, backgrounds, colors, lighting, composition, and overall visual direction.
• Translate client briefs and business objectives into clear, practical, and visually appealing creative concepts.
• Collaborate closely with Account Managers, photographers, videographers, editors, and other creative team members to execute ideas effectively.
• Present creative concepts and moodboards clearly to clients and internal teams, and refine ideas based on feedback.
• Stay up to date with social media trends, viral formats, advertising trends, and emerging content styles, and adapt relevant trends to different brands.
• Contribute to the development of creative strategies and content plans across different platforms.
• Handle multiple creative briefs simultaneously while maintaining quality, consistency, and deadlines.
• Any relevant experience or background in media, advertising, content production, creative agencies, or the content industry is highly preferred.

Requirements

• A strong portfolio demonstrating creative thinking, scriptwriting, storytelling, and strong visual taste.
• Good understanding of advertising, storytelling, content creation, and how creative content can support business objectives..
• Experience with Kuwaiti and GCC audiences, culture, trends, and social media behavior.
• Ability to create clear, organized, and visually appealing moodboards and creative presentations.
• Strong creative thinking and the ability to generate fresh, original ideas.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to understand briefs, translate them into creative concepts, and work collaboratively with different teams.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple briefs, projects, and deadlines.
• Experience in media, advertising, content creation, creative agencies, production, or related fields is highly preferred.
