As a CRE Closing Administrator II, you’ll play a key role in ensuring commercial real estate construction and permanent loans are closed accurately, efficiently, and in compliance with bank policies and regulatory requirements. This position partners closely with internal lending teams and external partners to support successful loan funding while helping protect the quality and integrity of the loan portfolio.

In this role you'll

Prepare accurate and timely loan documentation for commercial real estate secured transactions, including reviewing collateral and preparing security agreements.

Support Commercial Real Estate business lines including Home Builder, Income Property, and Affordable Housing lending through the closing and administration of construction and permanent loans.

Review appraisals and pre-construction evaluations for new construction and development loans and validate evidence of prepaid construction costs prior to closing.

Gather invoices, fees, and escrow settlement information to prepare funding statements and administer loan disbursements in accordance with established policies and guidelines.

Partner with title companies, escrow officers, and insurance agents to obtain and review title policies, balance settlement statements, and verify proper insurance coverage.

Oversee loan files to ensure complete and accurate documentation, reporting, statements, and accounting information are maintained.

Assist in establishing and maintaining lien perfection on various forms of collateral.

Support loan extensions, modifications, and routine closing activities while partnering with colleagues to meet production objectives.

Provide guidance, training, and mentorship to newer team members.

Ensure compliance with bank policies, procedures, security requirements, and applicable government regulations.

What we're looking for

You have a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Auditing, Banking, Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a related field (Required).

Have 2 or more years of experience closing or funding commercial real estate secured loans (Required).

Understand commercial real estate loan closing processes and documentation requirements (Required).

An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered in lieu of a bachelor's degree.

Compensation & Benefits

Targeted starting salary range (based on experience): $70,677 - 83,150
