  • Advise clients on tax reporting processes, GAAP conversion projects and tax considerations associated with IPO readiness.
  • Lead the preparation and submission of UK corporation tax returns, managing day-to-day client interactions and ensuring information is obtained accurately and on a timely basis.
  • Manage tax compliance processes with a focus on quality, efficiency and cost-effective delivery.
  • Support clients with tax governance matters, including tax strategy, risk management and controls.
  • Deliver corporate tax advisory work arising from compliance and other client engagements, including loss planning and utilisation, interest deductibility, and the tax implications of trade and asset transfers.
  • Support cash tax modelling, group simplification, tax due diligence and tax structuring assignments.
  • Respond to and manage HMRC tax enquiries on behalf of clients.
  • Identify opportunities to expand the scope of services provided to existing and prospective clients.
