About the Role

THE OPPORTUNITY:

Own pricing, quotation management, and portfolio profitability management for Corporate Solutions. Ensure Corporate Solutions business achieves sustainable and profitable growth through effective proposition pricing, disciplined quotation management, and proactive portfolio performance management.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Corporate Solutions Proposition Pricing

• Own pricing frameworks, assumptions, and methodologies for Corporate Solutions propositions.
• Assess the profitability and risk implications of proposition enhancements and benefit design changes.
• Partner with reinsurers on proposition design and pricing support.

Quotation Management

• Own quotation development and pricing recommendations for new business and renewal opportunities.
• Evaluate quotation profitability considering claims experience, persistency, customer profile, and portfolio performance.
• Ensure quotations are delivered within agreed service standards and approval requirements.

Portfolio Profitability Management

• Own the profitability performance of the Corporate Solutions portfolio across new business and in-force business.
• Monitor key profitability drivers including claims experience, persistency, pricing adequacy, renewal outcomes, and portfolio mix.
• Recommend and drive profitability improvement actions in collaboration with Client Management, Operations, and reinsurers.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Finance, or related disciplines.
• Minimum 5 prelim actuarial exams passed
• Minimum 3-5 years of actuarial experience in Life Insurance, Group Insurance, Employee Benefits, Health Insurance, or related areas.
• Experience in pricing and in-force management.
• Experience working with reinsurers, product filing, or regulatory submissions is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of Prophet, able to navigate and read the coding
• Experience working with Microsoft packages
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Commercial mindset with the ability to balance growth and profitability objectives.
• Ability to influence decisions through data-driven recommendations.
• Strong attention to detail and execution discipline.
• Opportunity to shape and scale AIA Vietnam's Corporate Solutions business through end-to-end ownership of proposition pricing, quotation management, portfolio profitability, and reinsurance partnerships.
