  • Serve as the enterprise owner and administrator of EHS information management systems, ensuring optimal performance, user adoption, data integrity, and continuous enhancement.
  • Design and lead enterprise-wide EHS reporting, analytics, dashboards, and performance measurement systems that provide actionable business insights.
  • Collaborate with Business Intelligence & Analytics teams to modernize data platforms, reporting capabilities, and system functionality.
  • Translate business needs into scalable technical solutions that improve data visibility, compliance, and operational effectiveness.

Risk Management & Compliance

  • Provide technical guidance and oversight for incident reporting, investigations, environmental compliance activities, and corrective action processes.
  • Lead and maintain enterprise corrective action management systems, ensuring timely resolution of findings and alignment with regulatory and company requirements.

  • Champion a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous learning across multiple business units.

Stakeholder Engagement & Change Leadership

  • Partner with leaders at all levels to influence organizational change and strengthen EHS culture.
  • Build strong relationships with internal teams, regulatory agencies, vendors, and other key stakeholders.
  • Deliver engaging presentations, training programs, and communications that drive awareness and action.
