We are looking for a Coordinator, Front Office to join our team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to contribute, learn and grow while helping shape the experiences and impact we create across Costa Navarino.

In this position, you will support the smooth and efficient operation of the Front Office department through administrative and operational support, contributing to team efficiency and a seamless guest experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate communication between guests and departments via email and phone.
• Manage orders and stock of Front Office supplies.
• Support HR-related administrative tasks, including roster changes and daily records.
• Check daily guest arrivals and report any issues to the Team Leader.
• Monitor flight schedules and communicate any changes or delays to Front Office Management.
• Review and update guest requirements in Marriott Global Source (MGS).
• Monitor guest comments in Opera and share relevant feedback with Supervisors.
• Prepare reports and ensure the Front Office is fully equipped for daily operations.

Requirements

• Degree in Hospitality or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in hospitality, preferably in a five-star hotel Front Office environment.
• Excellent command of Greek and English; knowledge of German, Russian or French will be considered an advantage.
• Good knowledge of Opera PMS and computer systems.
• Excellent communication and guest service skills, with a professional and positive approach.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to multitask and prioritize.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team, remain calm under pressure and handle confidential information with discretion.
