Trust us, you won't get bored, as you:
- optimize and maintaine distribution systems to fully realize revenue potential across all connected channels
- keep our booking system interfaces running smoothly by monitoring performance and working closely with our system providers
- maximize content scores and enhance Ruby Hotels’ visibility by maintain and optimize content management platforms such as Concerto HCM or Leonardo in cooperation with marketing
- drive our online reputation by taking ownership of IHG's reputation management platform Medallia and the AI response tool MARA
- respond to international online guest reviews in line with Ruby and IHG quality standards and KPIs
- work closely with internal teams and external partners to keep our systems running smoothly
We've been waiting for you, since you have/are:
- completed training in the hotel or travel industry and have preferably already gained experience in a similar distribution role
- already had touchpoints with maintaining distribution channels such as websites, OTAs and GDS, and know how hotel distribution systems work
- a good understanding of content management across Concerto HCM, OTA extranets and GDS
- a strong communicator who enjoys bringing different teams together
- a structured way of working, a great eye for detail and enjoy improving the way things work
- good written and spoken English and German skills
