The Admissions Quality Assurance Coordinator supports quality assurance and operational processes that ensure ticketing activities are accurate, efficient, compliant, and customer-focused across all tracks. This role monitors ticketing systems and customer-facing information, reconciles reports, supports financial controls, and assists with system testing and departmental operations.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with data, systems, and cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.

What You’ll Do

• Conduct daily quality checks and reconciliation of ticketing systems, balancing reports, online purchasing channels, and customer-facing information.
• Monitor admissions portals, websites, phone and AI chat messaging, and other customer communications to ensure accuracy and functionality.
• Support financial controls by monitoring chargebacks, identifying suspicious transactions, assisting with failed payment plans, and processing departmental invoices and requests.
• Support admissions operations through corporate ticket allocations, employee complimentary tickets, system testing, and event launch validation.
• Assist with secret shopper evaluations, quality reporting, training documentation, and identification of recurring operational issues.
• Collaborate with Admissions, Sales, Service, Finance, Marketing, and other teams to resolve issues and improve processes.
• Maintain accurate departmental records and provide administrative support as needed.

What You’ll Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, Sports Management, Marketing, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 2–4 years of experience in ticketing operations, customer service, quality assurance, or administrative support.
• Experience using Ticketmaster, CRM systems, Workday, or similar business applications preferred.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in sports, entertainment, or live event operations.

Work Schedule

This position requires flexibility to support race weekends, special events, and business needs. Evening, weekend, and holiday work is required, along with occasional travel as needed.
