VOS PRINCIPALES MISSIONS :

Au sein du département relations clients, nous recherchons un coordinateur technique H/F qui aura pour missions :

• Manager une équipe composée de techniciens d’interventions et veiller à leur accompagnement technique
• Piloter et optimiser l’ensemble des processus d’interventions techniques en France et à l’international
• Veiller à la gestion des ressources internes et externes ainsi qu’à l’anticipation des besoins sur les interventions
• Améliorer la performance opérationnelle (coûts, délais, qualité), en élaborant des modes opératoires, en suivant des KPI fiables
• Prioriser et arbitrer les décisions impactant l’organisation des techniciens d’interventions
• Fédérer autour des objectifs du service clients au sein de son équipe
• Assurer la liaison entre les clients, les sous-traitants et les services internes

VOTRE PROFIL – VOS CONNAISSANCES :

Vous justifiez d’une expérience significative de 5 ans minimum dans le secteur de l’électrotechnique ainsi qu’une expérience managériale réussie. Idéalement, de formation technique dans le domaine électrique.
