Eram Talent is seeking a skilled Control System Engineer with project management and control system upgrade experience to join our team. As a Control System Engineer, you will be responsible for overseeing control system design, upgrades, and commissioning activities. Your expertise will ensure the successful execution of control system projects and the continuous improvement of existing control infrastructures.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement control system solutions for new projects and system upgrades
• Manage and coordinate control system upgrade projects from planning to commissioning
• Perform risk assessments and ensure compliance with safety and industry standards
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to define system requirements and specifications
• Conduct testing, troubleshooting, and validation of control systems
• Prepare detailed technical documentation and reports
• Provide technical support during installation, commissioning, and handover phases

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Control Engineering, or related field
• Minimum of 15 years' experience in control system engineering within industrial environments
• Proven experience in managing control system upgrade project
• Candidate with Saudi Aramco projects experience such as DCS/ESD Upgrades and Large Motor replacement is highly preferred.
• Ability to lead and Manage Pre-commissioning of Control system
• Ability to review and improve Scope of work of Control System Project with deep understanding of Control system requirements. Has enough experience to optimize scope of work and drive for cost reduction
• Fully Familiar of site instrumentation and requirements for installation and connection to control systems
• Expert in site execution and experience on leading site team and contractors
• Experience on Project Management knowledge areas
• Fully Familiar with MS-Office (Excel, Word, Power point and Access) in addition to planning and communication skills
• Willingness to work at project sites as required
