Your Role

Our Contract Management team supports the management of client contracts and portfolios in a way that maximizes value for both Accenture and our clients.

In this role, you will:

• Provide end-to-end contract management support across engagements

• Lead and support contract drafting, negotiation, and execution

• Proactively manage risks, issues, and opportunities within contracts

• Drive strong commercial outcomes aligned with business objectives

• Contribute to team development and capability building

What You’ll Bring

• Significant experience as a Contract Manager, with demonstrated delivery of work aligned to the activities outlined in our advertisement.

• Experience gained in a dynamic, multi-client, and multi-industry environment, preferably within a consulting or professional services organization and with complex IT and Outsourcing contracts, is strongly preferred.

• Strong proficiency in financial and commercial aspects of contract management activities, including full understanding of key commercial drivers, pricing structures, and commercial contractual risks and opportunities.

• Native-level fluency in Dutch with ability to work with Dutch speaking clients and contracts in Dutch language: applications without fluent Dutch will unfortunately be declined

Nice to Have

• Experience leading or managing a team

• Experience working on complex or high-risk deals
