What You’ll Do

• Own the content strategy and creative direction for assigned clients
• Research audiences, competitors, trends, and content opportunities
• Develop strong concepts, hooks, and creative angles
• Write scripts for short-form videos, ads, and organic social content
• Produce content from idea through execution
• Work closely with Video Makers, Editors, and other creatives to bring ideas to life
• Lead or support shoots when needed
• Review content throughout production and give clear creative feedback
• Quality-check content and make sure it aligns with the agreed strategy, brand, and tone
• Use performance data to understand what’s working and improve future content
• Prepare monthly creative learnings and recommendations
• Create and test different versions of concepts, hooks, and formats
• Help develop static content, carousels, and other social-first formats
• Build organic content strategies across platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Facebook
• Manage multiple content streams while keeping quality and deadlines high
• Stay on top of trends and identify new opportunities for relevant, engaging content

• Experience in content creation, production, storytelling, or digital media
• Strong scriptwriting and storytelling skills
• Strong understanding of content strategy and audience growth
• Good understanding of short-form and social-first content
• Comfortable taking a piece of content from idea to production
• Able to work closely with creatives, talent, and clients
• Strong creative judgment and attention to detail
• Strong ownership and ability to move fast
• Curious, creative, and always looking for better ways to tell a story
