Job Description:
This job is responsible for evaluating, analyzing, and making credit decisions on loan and lease applications submitted through clients, dealers, and/or Volvo Car Financial Services clients. Key responsibilities include customer contact, client satisfaction, and relationship developments. Job expectations include thorough knowledge of finance/accounting, credit principles, legal, bank operations and audit control procedures.
Responsibilities:
- Analyzes applications for consumer loans efficiently for accuracy and risk
- Reviews applications for consumer loans to determine creditworthiness
- Provides guidance and concurrence to the Sr Underwriting team
- Inputs relevant information into the system and contact the customer/dealer with the decision
- Ensures applications are accurate and complete
- Provides
- Works directly with our Dealer and Client Direct Sales partners
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 4 years recent Consumer Vehicle Lending underwriting experience
- Analyzes applications for consumer loans efficiently for accuracy and risk
- Reviews applications for consumer loans to determine creditworthiness
- Provides guidance and concurrence to the Sr Underwriting team
- Inputs relevant information into the system and contact the customer/dealer with the decision
- Ensures applications are accurate and complete
- Works directly with our Dealer and Client Direct Sales partners
