As a SAP Director within PwC Consulting Indonesia, you will lead large-scale SAP transformation programs, build trusted relationships with C-suite executives, and drive the growth of our SAP practice. You will combine deep SAP expertise with business acumen to help clients navigate complex transformation journeys, unlock value from technology investments, and achieve sustainable business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

SAP Practice Leadership

• Lead and grow PwC Indonesia's SAP consulting practice, including capability development, talent strategy, and market positioning.
• Define and execute the practice's growth strategy in alignment with PwC's broader consulting objectives.
• Drive innovation and thought leadership across SAP solutions, including SAP S/4HANA, Business Transformation, Cloud, Data & Analytics, AI-enabled SAP solutions, and emerging technologies.
• Establish and maintain delivery standards, methodologies, quality controls, and governance frameworks.

Client Relationship Management

• Serve as a trusted advisor to C-level executives and senior business stakeholders.
• Develop long-term strategic relationships with key clients and identify opportunities to expand PwC's service offerings.
• Lead executive-level discussions on business transformation, operating model redesign, technology modernization, and digital strategy.
• Support clients throughout the full transformation lifecycle, from strategy through execution and value realization.

Business Development & Market Growth

• Lead SAP-related business development activities and revenue growth initiatives.
• Develop account strategies and identify opportunities for cross-functional consulting engagements.
• Lead proposal development, solutioning, commercial negotiations, and contract discussions.
• Strengthen PwC's brand and market presence through industry events, client forums, publications, and thought leadership activities.

Program Delivery & Transformation Leadership

• Sponsor and oversee complex SAP transformation programs, ensuring successful delivery, quality, and client satisfaction.
• Provide executive oversight for large-scale SAP S/4HANA implementations, business transformation initiatives, cloud migrations, and process optimization programs.
• Manage program risks, stakeholder expectations, and governance structures.
• Ensure delivery excellence while maintaining commercial performance and profitability.

People Leadership & Talent Development

• Build, mentor, and develop high-performing SAP consulting teams.
• Sponsor career development and succession planning for future leaders.
• Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, inclusion, and continuous learning.
• Coach Partners, Directors, Managers, and consultants on client management, delivery excellence, and business development.

Risk, Quality & Compliance

• Uphold PwC's professional standards, quality requirements, and risk management policies.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, independence, confidentiality, and ethical standards.
• Drive accountability for quality outcomes across all engagements and client interactions.

Preferred Qualifications

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
• Master's degree (MBA or equivalent) preferred.

Experience

• 15+ years of SAP consulting and enterprise transformation experience.
• Proven experience leading large SAP transformation programs, preferably including SAP S/4HANA.
• Extensive experience managing executive stakeholders and large-scale client engagements.
• Demonstrated success in consulting business development, sales, and account growth.
• Experience building and leading consulting teams and developing future leaders.
• Strong understanding of business processes across Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement, Manufacturing, Human Capital, or Customer Experience functions.
