About the Role
PwC Consulting Indonesia is seeking a highly motivated Finance Transformation Manager to help organizations reimagine and modernize their finance functions. In this role, you will work with C-suite executives, CFOs, and senior business leaders to design and deliver large-scale finance transformation initiatives that improve performance, strengthen governance, enhance decision-making, and unlock value through digital technologies, data, automation, and innovative operating models.
You will lead client engagements across finance strategy, operating model design, process transformation, ERP-enabled transformation, shared services, performance management, and finance modernization programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and deliver finance transformation projects for clients across a range of industries.
- Advise CFOs and finance leaders on finance strategy, target operating models, and transformation roadmaps aligned to business objectives.
- Assess current-state finance processes, organizational structures, systems, controls, and data landscapes to identify improvement opportunities.
- Design future-state finance operating models, governance frameworks, and technology-enabled business processes.
- Drive transformation initiatives across key finance domains, including: Record-to-Report (R2R), Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Order-to-Cash (O2C),Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), Financial Close and Consolidation and Management Reporting and Performance Management.
- Support ERP and digital finance transformation programs involving platforms such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Workday, OneStream, and related technologies.
- Identify opportunities to leverage automation, analytics, AI, and emerging technologies to improve efficiency and business outcomes.
- Develop business cases, transformation strategies, implementation plans, and executive-level presentations for clients.
- Manage project teams, budgets, timelines, risks, and stakeholder relationships to ensure successful project delivery.
- Lead workshops, facilitate stakeholder discussions, and provide strategic recommendations to senior client executives.
- Support business development activities, including proposal development, thought leadership, and client relationship management.
- Coach and develop consulting team members while fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence.
About You
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum 6 years of professional experience, with demonstrated experience in consulting, finance transformation, business process improvement, finance operations, ERP transformation, or digital transformation programs.
Strong understanding of end-to-end finance processes, including R2R, P2P, O2C, FP&A, financial close, consolidation, controls, and reporting.
Experience delivering finance transformation, ERP implementation, shared services, operating model redesign, process optimization, or automation initiatives.
Familiarity with leading finance technologies such as SAP, Oracle, Anaplan, or similar platforms.
Understanding of IFRS, accounting principles, finance governance, internal controls, and regulatory requirements.
Strong project management and stakeholder management capabilities.
Experience leading teams and managing multiple workstreams in a fast-paced consulting environment.
Professional certifications such as CPA, CMA, PMP, Agile, Lean Six Sigma, or equivalent are advantageous.
