Job Description
Olsson provides construction management, administration, and observation services for various types of projects to assure that work is performed in conformance with project documents. Our construction services include daily observation / inspection, project documentation, submittal review, design support, shop drawing review, payment application review, payroll review, and oversight for materials testing. We provide technically qualified personnel for our clients’ specific project requirements.
This position includes:

Qualifications
You are passionate about:

You bring to the team:
- Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in construction administration, construction management, construction observation, construction inspection, or related project delivery roles.
- Minimum of 6 years of experience leading, supervising, and developing technical personnel.
- Demonstrated experience successfully leading teams across multiple markets, client types, and geographic locations.
- Experience managing operational performance, staffing, utilization, financial results, and strategic growth initiatives.
- Demonstrated ability to build relationships, influence stakeholders, and communicate effectively with clients, project teams, and leadership.
- Ability to contribute and work effectively in a team environment.
- This position requires periodic travel as needed to support project and business objectives.
- Ability to work in a constant state of alertness and in a safe manner.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule.
- OSHA 10 certification preferred.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred, but not required.
